ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE WEBSHOP

Items purchased on the webshop can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We point out that items purchased on the webshop are not provided with an exchange mark. Therefore, just attach our standard cancellation form, which can be downloaded here

The invoice is sent per. mail when your item is shipped. The delivery note is delivered in the package together with your goods.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – the item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered “used”, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
We consider used goods to have no market value.

You bear the risk for the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly.

You can not regret by simply refusing receipt of the item, without at the same time giving me clear notice of this.

PAYMENT OF MONEY

It is possible to get the money back for a purchase 14 days after the purchase is made. The above conditions must be met in order for you to get your money back. The return must be made no later than 14 days after the date of purchase.
